How is The Foundations different from other business courses?
This programme blends proven business strategy with energetic alignment, mindset and soulful practices — so you build a business that supports you, not drains you.
How long before I see results?
It varies, as this is not a one size fits all approach. It depends on how quickly you complete the learning and put into practice what you learn. If you are a dedicated student and can action what you learn quickly, you will feel shifts within weeks, with deeper results unfolding as you integrate the Four Pillars and align your energy.
I’m overwhelmed already. Will this add to my workload?
The Foundations is a flexible course, designed to reduce overwhelm by teaching you how to work with your energy, not against it. However, it does require your time, energy and effort. It will help you reduce the "busy work" that doesn't help you move forward and implement systems and structures that can help you reduce your time working in the business over the longer term. Short term effort for long term gain. How much time you choose to invest in the course will affect your results - at a minimum you should expect to invest at least 2-3 hours per week.
